Brady Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles, 2011

The Brady family vineyard grows in the scenic lupine-dappled, Estrella River Valley of Paso Robles. Veteran winemaker Don Brady finds the area reminiscent of his native Texas blue bonnet country. This Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted exclusively from Brady vines, rooted in the rolling bench overlooking the river. Low yields and intense flavor lead us to mature the wine in French oak for 18 months. The result is a luxurious wine, deep crimson in color, with luscious flavors of black currant and cassis accented by hints of vanilla and spice. - Don M. Brady - Winegrower. Alc. 14.9% by vol. Produced and bottled by Geneseo Cellars, Paso Robles, California USA.
